Honeymooners will receive a complimentary bottle of domestic champagne, special turn down service, VIP cocktail invitation and a room upgrade based on availability. Reservations must be commented 'HNY' at the time of booking and proof of marriage will be required at check-in. This inclusion is valid with a three night stay minimum.

FALL WEDDING PROMOTION

2007 Fall Wedding Promotion:
Why should June Brides receive all the attention? Your very special day deserves an added touch this fall! As with every event, our Wedding Coordinators will oversee the delicate details and Fall Brides and their Wedding Party will enjoy a little something more. With a MINIMUM of 10 booked rooms for the Wedding:
*Each room in the Wedding Party will receive a bottle of champagne and a fruit basket as a gift from the hotel and the wedding couple.
*The Bride and Groom will be upgraded to a suite, confirmed at the time of booking. This upgrade is based on a MINIMUM of 10 -confirmed- rooms for the Wedding Party.
*This is only effective for bookings made January 20, 2007 - December 20, 2007 for travel September 1, 2007 - December 22, 2007 (except black out holidays).

Please inquire directly with the wedding coordinator about additional services available at a nominal fee:
*Health certificate and blood test for 2 persons (mandatory $150 - payable to health center, designated on property)
*Decoration of wedding location (gazebo, terrace, or other hotel setting)
*Two table-top flower arrangements
*Bridal bouquet and Groom's boutonniere
*Wedding cake for up to 20 people
*Witness services upon request, must be requested in advance through guest services
*Translator

Requirements for Free Wedding Services (not necessary for Vow Renewal)
*Valid Passport
*Tourist card provided by the airline
*Blood test is mandatory, and must be taken locally in Mexico. Please see previous additional services for cost.
*4 witnesses will be needed and can be provided by the hotel (paperwork costs $10 per witness)
The following information will be needed from witnesses: names, addresses, ages, nationalities, must have tourist card and photo ID (passport or ID's). If the witness is a Mexican citizen, only a photo ID is required.
*Ceremony must be scheduled with officials at least one month in advance
*The bride, groom, and witnesses must be present in Mexico at the hotel at least 3 working days prior to the wedding day (this excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
*The hotel will need all original documents required, and one photocopy
*Final divorce decree if either party is divorced or a death certificate if either party is widowed
