Clients of Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa have a choice of four restaurants. One is a buffet style restaurant where the guests can enjoy choice international cuisine and choose from a wide and varied selection of dishes, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner During the evenings we provide different themes, such as: French Evening, Italian Evening, Spanish Evening, Mexican Evening, etc.

There are three themed restaurants where they can enjoy Mexican, Oriental and Mediterranean cooking a la carte (suitable dress is requested at the themed restaurants). Additionally, depending on the weather, we hold outdoor cuisine events such as barbeques or paellas.

Three marvellous swimming pools, one in particular merits special mention as it is situated right by the sea, the relax pool, (for adults only) has an integrated jacuzzi and wide terraces, and a solarium with hammocks and sunshades where you can relax in the sun.

There are five bars where you can sample the wide variety of local beverages, including the recently opened Hemingway Bar, intended as a quiet bar only for adults, offering a wide range of international drinks; the newly opened Sports Bar, ideal for enjoying sports events on its giant screens, also provides an Internet Cafe; Snack Bar serving a wide range of snacks and delicious cocktails.
