Hacienda De La Sirena is our newest building, completed in December, 1994.
Hand carved wooden doors and furniture give these condos an extra touch of fine craftsmanship. Every unit is decorated differently with handpainted Mexican ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths, as well as the floors. There are two balconies for each unit, one on the east side overlooking beautiful Half Moon Bay, and another on the west side offering a view of the jungle and Yal-Ku Lagoon, a few hundred yards away.

La lguana Condominiums are on the northernmost point of Half Moon Bay next to La Sirena. They are four stories tall and offer a magnificent panoramic view of the entire bay. They are fully furnished 1 or 2 bedroom units. There are no balconies, however; the living rooms are very spacious with floor to ceiling windows.

La Sirena Villas are spacious 3 bedroom private homes, with a fully equipped large kitchen and dining area, 2 bathrooms, a domed ceiling in the master bedroom and a private patio. They can easily accommodate a family of 6 - 8 persons. There are only 4 of these great villas, which are conveniently situated around the beautiful pool area.

The Ocean in front of the units offers the best snorkeling in Akumal, the water here is crystalline and warm . The bottom is coral and can be a little rocky, we recommend entering with shoes to protect from slipping and sliding, however the sandy beach (manmade) in front is perfect for sunbathing.

Snorkeling is ideal right in front of the resort, with a walkway especially designed for that purpose. The walkway leads right down into the water. The cool Caribbean breeze flows freely through these condos, which are designed to take advantage of the fresh sea air. Yal-Ku Lagoon, a pristine haven for tropical fish with fantastic snorkeling, is just a short walk away.
